This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with our website two-hands.ch and our services, why we do so, and what rights you have. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Contact form and email
When you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you give us:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject and message
- Your interest (catering, massage or both)
We use this data only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or arrange an appointment. Messages reach us by email and are also stored in our website administration. We delete them once your enquiry has been dealt with and no legal retention period applies, at the latest after two years.
3. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by Gandi SAS (Paris, France). When you visit the website, technical data sent by your browser is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system. This data is used to run the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data.
4. Cookies
Our website uses only one technically necessary cookie: pll_language remembers whether you view the website in German or English. We do not use cookies for advertising or statistics. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Google Fonts
To display fonts, we load typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how our website appears in Google Search. No data about individual visitors to our website is collected. We do not use any analytics or tracking service (such as Google Analytics).
7. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn
Our website contains links to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. Only when you click a link are you taken to the platform concerned, where the privacy policies of Meta (Instagram) or LinkedIn apply.
8. Disclosure abroad
Data may be transferred to the service providers named above in France (Gandi) and the USA (Google). France ensures an adequate level of data protection. Transfers to the USA are made to companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
9. Massage appointments
To tailor a massage to you, we may ask about your wellbeing in a personal conversation. This information is sensitive personal data. We only note it with your consent, use it exclusively for your treatment and do not pass it on.
10. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please write to hallo@two-hands.ch. If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): edoeb.admin.ch.
